At last I finished my first novel .
Dr. Elizabeth Wilson, a professor of Mesoamerican Archeology at GWU, is invited to join an expedition in search of an ancient Mayan Codex. Set in the exotic jungles in the state of Chiapas, Mexico during the Zapatista revolution of 1994, their quest is full of adventure, danger,  and challenges. Can she and her team overcome the attacks by the local drug cartel and corrupt police, and fulfill the prophecy of the Codex, allowing for a resurgence of power by the Mayan people?
